But this slightly violates my idea of how things should look =) I personally don’t understand the real benefits of SSR at all (I know, I know, I read articles, but SEO never bothered me, maybe that’s why) and RPC for me is the most scaring thing about such dataflows.

(Isn't this a violation of the separation of concerns?)

What I mean is that I personally have spent a lot of time in my life extracting a complex front out of server-side and "hybrid" applications (php, asp.net, etc.) to make it independent, isolated, statically hosted on a CDN and things like that. Dedicated front-end teams, custom headers are used all the time, mainly for authentication and versioning...

But I'm definitely not the smartest guy in the world =) Just wondering, what applications really benefit from this approach?
